Job summary

Nscale is seeking a Chief Systems Integration Engineer to act as the enterprise technical authority for systems integration across its hyperscale data center portfolio in the United States. You will govern engineering principles, standards, and architectures to unify electrical, mechanical, controls, OT/IT, data platforms, and enterprise applications into a cohesive operating model.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
10+ years of systems engineering and integration experience.
5+ years in a senior technical leadership role.
10+ years systems engineering or datacenter design.
Demonstrated expertise in enterprise systems architecture.
Advanced degree (Master's) in Computer Science or related field.

Responsibilities

Serve as final technical authority on cross‑boundary integration design.
Own enterprise systems architecture and design principles.
Lead design and standards review across subsystems.
Run technical risk reviews and failure‑mode analysis pre‑commissioning.
Engage OEMs and integrators on novel integration challenges.
Own the 12‑month and 3‑year technical roadmap; partner with the Sr. Director on the Operational Readiness framework.
Develop data center wide systems integration strategies with enterprise teams.
Lead technical governance and standards for system interoperability.
Provide executive‑level technical guidance to senior management.
Champion integration best practices and continuous improvement.
