Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in a related field with 12+ years in healthcare compliance.
• Master’s or JD strongly preferred.
• Experience with Medicare/Medicaid, DSNP, and audits.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and interact with regulators.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide compliance strategy and governance with executive-level reporting.
• Oversee regulatory obligations and risk assessment across all product lines.
• Direct audits, investigations, vendor oversight, and remediation validation.
• Develop and implement policies, training, and a culture of ethics and accountability across the org.
• Advise executive leadership and the Board on compliance performance and risks; liaison with regulators.
