Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking an Executive Director - Business Information Security Officer (BISO) to shape and govern our enterprise cybersecurity program. You’ll partner with senior IT and business leaders to embed security strategy, drive risk-informed decisions, and ensure governance across CVS Health lines of business.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in senior leadership roles with strategy and stakeholder management.
• 10+ years in GRC or technical security at enterprise scale.
• 5+ years as BISO or Head BISO.
• 5+ years aligning security controls with regulations (NIST/ISO/HITRUST/HIPAA/PCI).
• 5+ years in program and project management with cross-functional initiatives.
• 5+ years translating cybersecurity risk into business terms.

Responsibilities

• Advise business units and ensure cybersecurity is embedded in initiatives.
• Define and report KPIs and present insights to senior leaders.
• Drive risk management and align with strategic goals.
• Lead major cross-functional initiatives with actionable execution.
• Produce executive materials for internal and external stakeholders.
