CVS Health Corporation is seeking an Executive Director - Business Information Security Officer (BISO) to lead the enterprise cybersecurity program and serve as a trusted advisor to senior IT and business leaders. This role requires translating cybersecurity risk into business terms and guiding governance, strategy, and risk management across CVS Health.

Qualifications

15+ years of experience in senior leadership roles with responsibility for strategy, people leadership, and complex stakeholder management.
10+ years in a GRC or enterprise-scale security program
5+ years as a BISO or Head BISO
5+ years with two or more security control frameworks and knowledge of NIST, ISO, HITRUST, HIPAA, PCI
5+ years in Program and Project Management leading cross-functional initiatives
5+ years partnering with business unit leaders to translate cybersecurity risk into business terms

Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted advisor to business unit leadership and align cybersecurity with enterprise initiatives.
Define and report KPIs and metrics to non-technical audiences, including senior leaders.
Lead risk management strategy and ensure execution across teams.
Spearhead cross-functional initiatives and large-scale projects with measurable outcomes.
Create effective communication materials for internal and external stakeholders.
Analyze data to support decisions and drive continuous improvement across BISO.
Lead and coach the BISO team to maintain accountability and growth.
