Job summary

CHANEL, Inc. is seeking a Head of Enterprise Architecture for the US Tech Team to lead architecture strategy and implementation in New York City.

The leader will own the overall design of the application landscape, govern data domains, and drive AI-enabled initiatives across regions. With 15+ years in IT leadership, you will standardize governance, champion TOGAF-based practices, and steer modernization while collaborating with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders to deliver

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years in a leadership technology role focusing on Enterprise Architecture.
• Experience in global, matrixed organizations and retail or luxury brands is a plus.
• Ability to define and govern enterprise-wide architecture directions and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern end-to-end enterprise architecture aligning US and global standards.
• Lead Center of Excellence for Architecture across regions and domains.
• Oversee data architecture, SDLC governance, and AI/ML integration.
• Partner with CIO and business leaders to drive measurable value and modernization.
