- Experience building consulting offerings, methodologies, frameworks and architecture-led propositions.
- Strong commercial orientation with demonstrated involvement in sales, pre-sales, solutioning and revenue growth.

A leading global technology services organization is seeking an accomplished and entrepreneurial leader to build, scale and lead its Global Enterprise Architecture Practice
This is a strategic leadership mandate for someone who combines deep Enterprise Architecture expertise with a proven track record of building and growing a consulting-led architecture or technology transformation practice within a global services environment
The successful candidate will have personally operated as a highly respected Senior Enterprise Architect or Chief Architect in the US market, built credibility advising CIOs, CTOs and senior technology leaders, and subsequently translated that expertise into building and scaling an Enterprise Architecture, Technology Consulting or Technology Transformation practice
The role will own the strategy, growth, go-to-market, capability development, thought leadership, solutioning and commercial impact of the Enterprise Architecture Practice globally.
- Define and execute the vision, strategy and growth roadmap for the Global Enterprise Architecture Practice
- Build a market-leading consulting capability spanning Enterprise Architecture, Technology Transformation, Cloud Modernization, Digital Platforms, AI-enabled Transformation and Technology Advisory
- Establish architecture frameworks, methodologies, accelerators, reference architectures and consulting offerings
- Develop differentiated architecture-led propositions focused on measurable business and technology outcomes
- Build, scale and lead a globally distributed organization of Enterprise Architects, Principal Architects and Technology Consulting leaders
- Develop talent strategies, competency models, architecture career paths and leadership capabilities
- Create new service offerings and consulting propositions aligned with evolving enterprise technology priorities
- Drive practice growth, utilization, profitability and capability maturity
- Build an architecture organization capable of influencing complex transformation programs and strategic technology decisions
- Act as a trusted advisor to CIOs, CTOs, Chief Architects and senior business executives
- Lead strategic conversations around enterprise technology transformation and modernization
- Advise clients on technology strategy, cloud modernization, AI adoption, digital transformation, operating models and enterprise technology roadmaps
- Lead executive workshops and strategic technology advisory engagements
- Represent the organization in senior client forums, industry discussions and strategic engagements
- Partner with sales, account and consulting leaders to originate and influence strategic opportunities
- Lead architecture-led consulting pursuits, solutioning and large transformation proposals
- Participate in executive presentations, client workshops, RFP responses and deal-shaping activities
- Build a strong pipeline of Enterprise Architecture, Technology Advisory and transformation opportunities
- Bring architecture thinking upstream into strategic client conversations to influence larger transformation programs
- Build market credibility through thought leadership, industry forums, executive discussions and analyst engagement
- Drive innovation across Cloud, AI, Data, Integration, Platforms, Cybersecurity and emerging technology domains
- Develop reusable intellectual property including architecture frameworks, accelerators, reference architectures and advisory methodologies
- Strengthen strategic relationships across hyperscalers and the broader technology ecosystem
- 18+ years of technology leadership experience with significant experience in the US market
- Personally operated as an accomplished Senior Enterprise Architect, Chief Architect or equivalent enterprise technology leader
- Proven track record of subsequently building and scaling an Enterprise Architecture, Technology Consulting or Technology Transformation practice
- Deep expertise across Enterprise Architecture, Technology Strategy, Cloud, Data, Integration, Application Modernization and Digital Transformation
- Experience building consulting offerings, methodologies, frameworks and architecture-led propositions
- Strong commercial orientation with demonstrated involvement in sales, pre-sales, solutioning, deal shaping and revenue growth
- Experience leading senior architects, consulting leaders and globally distributed teams
- Established credibility engaging CIOs, CTOs, Chief Architects and C-level stakeholders
