Job summary

Bass Pro Shops, via White River Marine Group, seeks a Vice President of Engineering to set the strategic direction for all engineering functions across the enterprise. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams responsible for marine systems, product integrity, manufacturing engineering support, and new product development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred in engineering or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive engineering leadership experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Proven ability to lead large, multi-site engineering organizations and deliver innovative products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the engineering strategy, roadmap, and innovation initiatives.
• Lead all engineering functions to deliver compliant, manufacturable products.
• Provide executive leadership for the product development lifecycle from concept to launch.
• Establish governance, standards, and best practices across the organization.
• Partner with Operations and Manufacturing to optimize designs and change management.
• Drive organizational transformation, process improvements, and standardization.
• Monitor safety, regulatory compliance, and risk management in products.
