Zealot Labs, Inc. is seeking a senior technical leader to own the direction and execution of the company's cyber R&D program.

You will lead, grow, and mentor a world-class team of security researchers and engineers building AI-driven offensive capabilities, and you will set engineering standards and priorities across the platform. Qualifications

• Proven technical leadership in cyber R&D and vulnerability research.
• Background in offensive security research at NSA/USCYBERCOM/defense contractors.
• Ability to recruit, retain, and develop elite technical talent.
• Strong judgment on technical risk, prioritization, and resource allocation.
