Job summary

Qualifications

• Deep hands-on expertise with cloud-native architectures.
• Ability to operate with high autonomy in a fast-moving, resource-constrained environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical roadmap and architecture, balancing shipping speed with long-term scalability.
• Lead hands-on engineering across backend, frontend, infrastructure, and security.
• Collaborate closely with Head of Research and Head of Science and translate user needs into engineering priorities.
• Recruit, hire, and mentor a world-class engineering team and foster a culture of rapid shipping, continuous learning, and kindness.
