Job summary

SHINE Technologies, LLC is seeking an engineering leader to head the Recycling product line. You will build the core Recycling engineering team, own the pilot facility design, and drive NRC licensing efforts, forming the standards that govern safety and performance.

The role requires a track record in leading engineering teams, strong regulatory judgment, and the ability to align design decisions with safety and project goals.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the core Recycling engineering team and set the technical standard.
• Own engineering scope, schedule and budget for the Pilot facility.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to progress design and licensing.
• Serve as Chief Engineer for Pilot facility and defend key technical decisions.
• Develop defensible regulatory positions with licensing partners and NRC.
