Job summary

MOXY Phoenix/Tempe Near ASU seeks an experienced Chief Engineer to maintain the property to brand standards and owner expectations. You will help craft inspired workplaces that enable Associates to deliver kick-ass guest experiences and maximize investor returns.

As part of the property team, you will develop the maintenance team's capabilities, manage CAPEX, ensure SOPs and safety standards are followed, and contribute to sustainable facilities programs and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 5 years previous Hotel Maintenance Experience requested.
• Excellent Guest Service, Computer and Communication Skills are required via verbal, written and electronic means
