Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical diploma in electrical or mechanical engineering preferred.
• Minimum 5 years leading facilities maintenance or plant operations.
• Prior laundry operations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train and manage maintenance staff to set expectations and drive performance.
• Maintain safety policies and a safe, clean work environment.
• Oversee inventory control, purchasing, and department budget.
• Supervise repairs and maintenance of washers, dryers, boilers, conveyors, and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical faults with minimal supervision.
• Read blueprints and electrical/electronic schematics.
