Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of experience within the last fifteen years in the maintenance and operation of a heating, ventilating, and air-conditioning system in a large building or institution.
• Experience supervising trades personnel and inmates in maintenance tasks.
• Ability to plan, supervise, and document work orders and preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise operation, maintenance and repair of heating, HVAC and related systems.
• Direct staff and inmate work crews; supervise safety and conduct.
• Assist with budget planning, contract documents, and capital repair projects.
