Job summary

SHINE Technologies, LLC seeks an experienced Chief Engineer for Chrysalis, the flagship Mo-99 production facility. You will be the senior engineering executive accountable for design through commissioning, ensuring safety, reliability, and on-schedule delivery.

You’ll unify engineering direction across disciplines, own risk mitigation, and represent engineering strategy to the COO and regulators. Strong credentials in complex capital projects and cross-functional leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Nuclear, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 18+ years of progressive engineering leadership, including large capital infrastructure programs.
• Experience as Chief Engineer/VP-level technical authority to C-suite audiences.

Responsibilities

• Hold executive accountability for engineering execution from design to turnover.
• Lead as final technical authority on system design, integration, and major decisions.
• Resolve critical technical issues impacting safety, schedule, or cost.
• Coordinate resources across mechanical, process, instrumentation, nuclear, and safety.
• Drive reliability and operability principles for industrial-scale performance.
