Qualifications

• 10+ years of end-to-end architecture, design guidance, and governance for large-scale initiatives.
• Proven ability to lead teams through complex technical challenges and align with product roadmaps.
• Experience translating roadmaps into actionable architectural solutions and delivery plans.
• Expertise managing staffing, budgeting, vendor engagement, risk, and governance; Bank of America experience preferred.
• Proven track record leading infrastructure production support and ensuring reliability.

Responsibilities

• Create solution intent and architectural vision for complex solutions and translate to a technology backlog.
• Contribute to architecture roadmap across domains (Business, Application, Data, Technology).
• Clarify architecture and assist with system design to support implementation.
• Lead design of complex architectures and drive flexible, modular solutions.
• Educate teams on best practices and technology standards.
• Support technology stack selections for solutions and oversee delivery.
• Perform design and code reviews to ensure non-functional requirements are met.
• Provide end-to-end technical leadership, mitigate risks, and accelerate delivery; act as escalation point for critical issues.
• Participate in operational reviews and strategic planning for reliability and performance.
