Job summary

D3 Embedded is seeking an Engineering Program Manager to lead a team designing cutting-edge embedded systems with sensors, cameras, mmWave radar, AI, and edge processing. The role requires strong problem-solving, mentoring, and cross-functional leadership to drive architecture, software and hardware integration, and product strategy.

The candidate will own full life cycle from concept to integration, develop block diagrams and high-level software architectures, and lead design reviews.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as Tech Lead, Tech PM, or Program Manager for hardware/software projects.
• BS in Software/EE/CS or related field.
• 5+ years of industry experience.
• Experience with requirements, allocations, traceability, and Test Case development.

Responsibilities

• Lead a project team to develop an embedded system and realize the solution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, timing, and deliverables.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary project leads and manage milestones.
• Oversee budgets and schedules to maximize customer satisfaction and profit.
• Act as technical decision maker guiding complex decisions across teams.
