RI Council 94 seeks a Chief Engineer for Capital Asset Management & Maintenance to lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers and oversee large-scale building projects. This executive role requires strategic direction, cross-agency coordination, and rigorous budget and policy development to ensure safe, reliable facilities across campuses and statewide systems.

The Chief Engineer will supervise professionals and coordinate with DCAMM, public officials, and contractors, shaping long-term staffing

Formación

• Experience planning and overseeing engineering projects.
• A track record of managing multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Ability to develop and implement policies and budgets.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, manage and oversee staff engineers and engineering-focused projects with a sustainable facilities perspective.
• Coordinate with other divisions and agencies for services.
• Provide complex managerial support to the division director and senior management.
• Direct maintenance and engineering activities through facilities, system maintenance, controls and R&D groups.
• Develop goals, objectives, policies and priorities for facilities.
• Develop and manage the work plan and budgets for the engineering/maintenance unit.
