Qualifications

• Requires TS/SCI Polygraph clearance (active) and US citizenship.
• Masters with 15+ years of relevant experience or Doctorate with 13+ years relevant experience.
• Experience in facility analysis, infrastructure vulnerability assessments, and structural engineering.

Responsibilities

• Promote innovation in BIM, modeling, simulation, and vulnerability identification.
• Collaborate with program management to ensure engineering solution quality and requirements.
• Coordinate BIM standards, BEP adherence, and multi-disciplinary model integration.
• Define engineering and modeling requirements with Chief Software Architect to support AI/ML workflows.
• Oversee production workflows and teams to meet annual goals.
