Job summary

Qualifications

• US Citizenship required and ability to obtain security clearance.
• Master's degree or PhD in a related field.
• 10+ years in R&D focusing on AI/ML, software, and decision systems.
• Proven leadership of high-performing technical teams.
• Deep understanding of software development principles, methods, and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with Agile and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set the technical vision and direction for programs, collaborating with internal technical staff and external customers.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams developing algorithmic, software, cloud, and data solutions.
• Manage program execution, ensuring schedule and budget adherence, and overseeing successful program delivery.
• Cultivate strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders, advocating for MORSE's technology and services.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding our portfolio and driving long-term growth.
• Provide technical oversight and guidance to program team members.
