Qualifications

• Led engineering teams (5–30+ people) at startups or high-growth companies.
• Hands-on with modern stacks and comfortable with AI/ML tooling.
• Experience working in distributed, async-first teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical roadmap and ensure every engineering effort maps to business impact.
• Lead and grow an engineering team that ships fast and iterates, managing complexity.
• Tackle multi-layered problems like automated vetting and scalable matching.
• Make hard prioritization calls on what to build, skip, or kill.
• Collaborate with the founder and product team to define success before coding.
• Build an engineering culture with high ownership, speed, and low bureaucracy.
