Job summary

Complete Building Services is seeking a Chief Engineer in Woodbridge, VA. The role requires strong building operations knowledge and after-hours availability. Hours are Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, with a salary of $40-$45 based on experience.

The Chief Engineer will diagnose and repair building systems, coordinate daily maintenance, and prepare schedules and reports, using BAS, WSHP, cooling towers, and boiler systems. Excellent communication and team collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Universal CFC required
• Working knowledge of engineering and building systems
• BAS, cooling towers, WSHP, gas fired boiler and hot water heater, fire alarm systems
• Ability to plan, organize and meet deadlines
• Ability to work on several projects simultaneously and prioritize
• Ability to read, review and understand blueprints
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong computer skills for detailed reporting

About the Role

Complete Building Services, a building operations and facilities maintenance company, is seeking a Chief Engineer in Woodbridge, VA. The Chief Engineer must possess strong building operations/systems and be available for after-hours emergency calls.

Hours M-F 6:00 am to 2:30 pm.

Salary $40-$45 based on experience

Responsibilities to include:

• Perform diagnostics and repairs on building systems


• Perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical and life safety system repairs

• Maintain records and prepare required reports
