Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and coordinate engineering staff; ensure compliance with energy conservation and preventive maintenance programs.
• Conduct regular department meetings and performance evaluations; develop Engineering team capabilities.
• Manage departmental budget under direction of General Manager; forecast, budget, capital planning and proposals.
• Ensure compliance with local, state and federal codes and lead Fire Safety & Emergency Evacuation teams.
