Job summary

HVMG - Hospitality Ventures Management Group in Lexington, KY seeks a hands-on Chief Engineer to lead maintenance and engineering across the property, ensuring safe, reliable systems and guest-ready operations. You’ll manage a team, oversee preventative programs, and uphold brand standards.

As Chief Engineer, you’ll lead the maintenance and engineering operations of the property, ensuring all building systems, equipment, and facilities operate safely and efficiently. You’ll manage a team, oversee preventative maintenance programs, and ensure compliance with safety and brand standards.
