Hueston Woods Lodge & Conference Center is seeking a dynamic Chief Engineer to lead daily facility operations at the South Western Ohio location. You will oversee guest rooms, event spaces, boilers, chillers, kitchens, laundry, and exterior buildings, ensuring safety and exceptional guest experiences.
The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in maintenance with 2 years in supervision, strong HVAC/electrical skills, and a valid driver's license.

Boaters will appreciate the park's marina and launch ramps; hikers will be challenged by a trail system that offers a variety of lengths and levels of difficulty; history buffs can sometimes find arrowheads; and golfers will enjoy the top-rated 18-hole golf course. Overnight accommodations include a full-service resort lodge & deluxe vacation cabins.
In this key leadership role, you'll take charge of all facility operations, ensuring everything runs seamlessly—from guest rooms and event spaces to boilers, chillers, kitchens, laundry, building exteriors, and our charming cabins. You'll play a critical part in delivering a safe, comfortable, and exceptional experience for every guest.
We're seeking a hands-on leader with strong technical expertise, a proactive mindset, and a passion for keeping complex systems operating at their best. The ideal candidate brings 3-5 years of practical experience and preferably holds a two-year technical certificate in HVAC systems, mechanical repair, building automation, or energy management. Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus, along with a genuine enthusiasm for maintaining high-performing environments. A valid driver's license is required.
