Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible experience in public safety, emergency management, risk management, or related fields.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including briefing senior leadership.
• Ability to manage budgets, contracts, and departmental resources.
• Strong organizational and analytical capabilities with effective decision-making.
• Willingness to respond to emergencies outside normal hours and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead emergency management, continuity of operations, and risk programs.
