Responsibilities

• Actively engage with Electrical Field Personnel to categorize electrical execution challenges and identify solutions that may include engineering design, work execution tools and craft training.
• Interface with Electrical Engineering Design Functions of each Bechtel Business Unit to improve electrical constructability in design, based on challenges from field construction and lessons learned.
• Identify new electrical installation tools and methods of construction
