• Translate aircraft duty cycles into performance, mass, thermal and reliability requirements.
• Compare architecture efficiency, packaging, manufacturability and margins.
• Resolve inverter, battery, cooling and aircraft interfaces.
• Direct prototype development with analysis, dynamometer and endurance evidence.
• Investigate test discrepancies and close technical risks.
• Mentor specialists and improve repeatable motor validation and design-release evidence.

Fully remote is not offered; some remote analysis/design/software work may be possible with client approval. Hands-on development and integration work with coordinated Eagle Field visits is required.
