• Recruit, mentor, and recognize a high-quality Editorial Board across geographies and specialties.
• Provide orientation and ongoing guidance to senior and associate editors; ensure clear author instructions.
• Coordinate with JGME staff on instructions for authors and reviewers; uphold responsible scholarly publishing.
