Qualifications

• Significant experience securing funding from individuals, corporations and foundations.
• Knowledge of major and planned gift instruments and marketing of such instruments.
• Proven ability to work with boards, volunteers, and leaders in a collaborative manner.
• Proven ability to develop a productive staff team.

Responsibilities

• Lead fundraising strategy and programs across multiple donor channels.
• Partner with CEO, UMC Foundation, and Boards to guide development initiatives.
• Build community relationships by engaging with local leaders, families, and residents.
