Qualifications

• Fluency in the fundamentals of fundraising disciplines.
• Ability to lead a “best-in-class” development function and collaborate with senior leadership and the board.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead a comprehensive fundraising program across annual, major, planned, and endowment giving.
• Direct a portfolio of key donors and prospects, building relationships and coordinating engagement with stakeholders.
• Partner with executive leadership, the board, and campus leadership to advance development goals and strategy.
