Job summary

University of Georgia in Athens, GA seeks a Senior Director of Development and Alumni Relations for Franklin College. You will lead fundraising programs, oversee a team, and drive major gifts and donor relations to advance the college's priorities.

Reporting to the Division of Development & Alumni Relations, you will partner with the dean to craft strategy, manage a large portfolio, and guide staff through campaigns and stewardship efforts across units campus-wide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent plus 12 years of professional experience.
• Minimum 12 years professional experience including 5 years supervisory experience.
• Experience in major gifts and campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Lead DAR operations for the Franklin College development and alumni relations.
• Develop and implement fundraising strategies with the dean to meet priorities.
• Oversee major gift portfolio and donor stewardship efforts across units.
