Qualifications

• 10+ years leading UX design teams in complex digital ecosystems or EdTech.
• 8+ years managing senior leaders and multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience with large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
• Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and align investments with business outcomes.
• Background in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and articulate a compelling design vision and strategy.
• Mentor and empower high-performing UX teams across functions.
• Establish design standards and conduct executive reviews.
• Integrate UX principles into the Product Operating Model and roadmaps.
• Create scalable systems with AI-assisted prototyping and accessibility checks.
• Lead governance models to ensure quality and consistency.
