Job summary

Tier4 Group seeks a visionary Senior Vice President of Data Science to lead pricing intelligence, forecasting, and optimization for a fast-growing platform. You will build a world-class DS organization, scale production ML and optimization systems, and partner with Product, Engineering, Revenue, and Executives to create enterprise value.

The role demands deep quantitative expertise, strong commercial acumen, and a track record of driving measurable business outcomes through data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Data Science, ML, Analytics or related field.
• Experience deploying pricing, forecasting, optimization, or recommendation models.
• Deep expertise in statistics, ML, time-series, optimization, experimentation, and predictive analytics.
• Experience with large-scale transactional and behavioral datasets.
• Proven success building and leading Data Science teams.
• Strong understanding of pricing strategy, demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and revenue management.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute long-term pricing science, forecasting and revenue optimization strategy.
• Build and lead a high-performing Data Science team across ML, analytics, and engineering.
• Develop production-grade models and ensure governable, auditable deployments.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to productize models and scale deployments.
• Build data frameworks to extract insights from large datasets and identify revenue opportunities.
• Partner with executives to translate quantitative findings into strategic business actions.
