Job summary

Zeno Group, a fiercely independent global communications agency, is seeking a Vice President, Data & Intelligence in New York. You will lead the Data & Intelligence team, directing qualitative and quantitative research from design to delivery, and mentor talent while growing Zeno's research capabilities.

You will connect primary research with analytics, AI-enabled insights, and strategic storytelling to inform client decisions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in primary research, market research, insights, analytics, strategy or related fields within an agency or consultancy.
• Experience leading qualitative and quantitative research programs across audiences, messaging and reputation.

Responsibilities

• Translate business and communications challenges into research strategies.
• Lead qualitative and quantitative research programs from design through delivery.
• Translate findings into actionable executive-ready recommendations.
• Advise on the right mix of primary/secondary research and analytics.
• Lead business development through research strategies and proposals.
• Oversee research partners, budgets, timelines and quality-control processes.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI, automation and analytics to improve workflows.
• Mentor and develop team members across skills and presentation.
