Job summary

Tory Burch is seeking a senior engineering leader to architect and scale Customer 360 initiatives, CRM/MarTech activation, and enterprise data platforms. You will lead multi-layer teams, define data governance, and drive integration ecosystems across marketing, e-commerce, stores, and client services.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of software/data engineering experience, with leadership and management of managers or multiple teams.
• Proficiency in a modern language such as Python or Java.
• Deep experience with distributed data platforms and enterprise data governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering strategy across CRM/MarTech, data platforms, analytics, and integrations.
• Define architecture standards, data models, API governance, and modernization roadmaps.
• Build and scale high-performing engineering teams with internal and vendor squads.
• Oversee Customer 360, segmentation, clienteling, and cross-channel engagement.
• Advance data platforms, ingestion pipelines, quality frameworks, metadata and BI capabilities.
• Own the enterprise integration backbone and observability practices.
• Drive data governance, privacy, and secure platform operations.
• Establish runbooks, incident management, and reliability targets.
• Partner with executives and stakeholders to deliver measurable business outcomes.
