Pioneer Management Consulting is searching for a Managing Director of Data & AI to lead their Minneapolis practice. The MD will bridge data engineering and AI/ML teams to create a strong market presence and will be responsible for client relationship management and business development.

The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience and a proven track record in data analytics. This hybrid role offers a substantial salary range and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Experience managing P&L and client relationships at the executive level.
• Hands-on fluency with modern data platforms and their AI capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive-level client conversations on data strategy.
• Serve as executive sponsor on key client engagements.
• Own annual business planning for the Data & AI practice.
