Job summary

ShorePoint, LLC in Washington, DC is seeking a Chief Cyber Security Manager to lead mission support architecture and engineering within enterprise SOC operations. This leader will ensure alignment with SOC activities and drive secure system integration across programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• 15+ years in cybersecurity, including 5+ years with FedRAMP hybrid on-prem and cloud environments (transition experience preferred).
• CISSP or advanced degree in Cybersecurity or related field (MS or higher).
• Proven ability to translate complex requirements into clear, actionable tasks and processes.
• Active Secret Clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Lead mission support architecture and engineering activities aligned with SOC operations.
• Oversee engineering integration across intake functions, SOC initiatives and technical teams.
• Design and implement secure systems to support enterprise cybersecurity missions.
• Manage integration of major systems and systems of systems.
• Guide engineers in development of innovative cybersecurity solutions.
• Supervise engineering teams and ensure timely project completion.
• Collaborate across domains for seamless on-premises to cloud transitions.
