Job summary

ShorePoint in Washington, DC is seeking a Chief Cyber Security Manager (Secret Clearance) to lead mission support architecture and engineering within enterprise SOC operations. This leader will ensure engineering alignment with SOC operations and guide complex system design and integration projects.

The role requires 15+ years in cybersecurity, including FedRAMP hybrid environments, CISSP or advanced degree, and active Secret Clearance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading engineering teams on large, complex projects.
• Expertise in cybersecurity architecture and systems integration.
• Familiarity with FedRAMP environments and hybrid on-prem/cloud.
• Active Secret Clearance required; capable of working onsite in DC.

Responsibilities

• Lead mission support architecture and engineering activities aligned with SOC operations.
• Oversee integration across intake functions and SOC initiatives.
• Design and implement advanced cybersecurity systems for enterprise missions.
• Manage major system integrations and guide engineers to timely completion.
• Collaborate across domains to enable on-premises to cloud transitions.
