Job summary

The successful candidate will ensure effective alignment with Sales, Brand Marketing, and other departments to deliver category growth and superior in-store presence. A minimum of 15 years of sales leadership experience is required, along with strong communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in retail food or CPG.
• Experience in managing brokers or third-party sales forces.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
