Job summary
North American Partners in Anesthesia is seeking a Chief CRNA for Flagler Hospital in St. Augustine, Florida. The role provides anesthesia leadership across surgical services and drives clinical excellence.

Qualifications
- Current license as a registered professional nurse.
- Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia education program.
- Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists.
- Proven leadership and business acumen; strong relationship-building and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures.
- Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent.
- Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients.
- Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia.
- Monitor physiologic status and perform interventions as needed.
- Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership.
