Job summary

North American Partners in Anesthesia is seeking a Per Diem CRNA to join Flagler Hospital in St. Augustine, Florida. Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across a variety of surgical cases, perform pre-anesthesia evaluations, discuss plans with patients, and manage induction, maintenance, and emergence.

Applicants must hold an RN license, graduate from an accredited nurse anesthesia program, and be certified or recertified by the AANA. Per diem role with $150/hour and fully paid malpractice.

Qualifications

• Current license as a registered professional nurse.
• Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education.
• Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures.
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent.
• Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients.
• Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia.
• Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed.
• Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership.
