Job summary

North American Partners in Anesthesia seeks a CRNA for a 1099/IC opportunity at Flagler Hospital in St. Augustine, Florida. Flagler Health is a 335-bed facility with a long-standing community presence in Northeast Florida.

Case assignments include General, Endo, Ortho, OB, Vascular, Neuro, GYN, Urology, Radiology and Electrophysiology, among others. You will provide comprehensive anesthesia care, perform pre-anesthesia evaluations, discuss plans with patients, and manage induction through

Qualifications

• Active RN license to practice anesthesia
• Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia education program
• Certification or recertification by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent
• Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients
• Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
• Monitor patient physiology and perform interventions as needed
• Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Current license as a registered professional nurse


• Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education


• Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists


• Must provide Articles of Incorporation for either an “S” Corp or “C” Corp


• Must provide own malpractice insurance coverage for full State Limits
