Job summary

The Specialty Alliance, a physician-led MSO, seeks a Chief CRNA to lead the ASC anesthesia team in Texas. You will provide autonomous CRNA practice, oversee anesthesia care for outpatient GI procedures, and collaborate with physicians, nurses, and staff.

Qualifications

• CRNA certification and practice readiness.
• Eligible state license to practice as CRNA.
• Excellent communication skills with patients and team.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for outpatient GI procedures.
• Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations and patient assessments.
• Manage airway and administer anesthesia.
• Monitor patients during procedures and recovery.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and staff.
• Maintain compliance with clinical and safety standards.
