Job summary

The Specialty Alliance Ambulatory Surgery Center is seeking a Chief CRNA to lead our anesthesia team for outpatient GI procedures, working closely with CRNAs, physicians and ASC staff to ensure high-quality patient care.

You will lead pre-anesthesia evaluations, manage airway and anesthesia administration, monitor patients during procedures and recovery, and uphold safety standards in a physician-led MSO environment.

Qualifications

• CRNA certification required.
• Active Florida license or eligibility.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for outpatient GI procedures.
• Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations and patient assessments.
• Manage airway and anesthesia administration.
• Monitor patients throughout procedures and recovery.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff.
• Maintain compliance with clinical and safety standards.
