Job summary

The Specialty Alliance in Southlake, TX, is seeking a dedicated CRNA to join our Ambulatory Surgery Center anesthesia team, providing safe, efficient care for outpatient GI procedures.

You will conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations, manage airway and anesthesia delivery, monitor recovery, and collaborate with physicians and ASC staff in a physician-led MSO that supports autonomy and high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• CRNA credential and licensure in state of Texas.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork ability.
• Experience in anesthesia delivery within ambulatory settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for outpatient GI procedures.
• Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations and patient assessments.
• Manage airway and anesthesia administration.
• Monitor patients during procedures and recovery.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff.
