Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related area.
• Ten+ years of consumer/real estate/commercial lending experience.
• Experience in credit risk analytics and risk management in financial institutions.
• Expertise in loan structure and administration.
• Leadership and management experience.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee credit risk management function: policy design, approval, administration and portfolio analysis.
• Develop and maintain standardized credit policies and procedures for the bank's loan portfolio.
• Provide oversight of credit culture across lending units (consumer, business, commercial, corporate).
• Support loan portfolio development and targeted yield strategies.
• Direct underwriting and loan portfolio management activities.
• Develop and approve lending policies and respond to policy questions and staff needs.
• Represent the bank in community and industry functions to enhance market position.
