Fermi America is building Project Matador, a 17GW private power and AI infrastructure campus in the Texas Panhandle. By integrating natural gas, nuclear, utility power, solar, and battery storage, Fermi is creating the power platform needed to support hyperscale AI and advanced computing on a timeline the traditional grid cannot meet.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in corporate communications or related fields.
• Proven advisory experience with senior executives in public companies.
• Demonstrated success leading media strategy and crisis communications.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills.
• Strong relationships with national and trade media.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the enterprise communications strategy and corporate narrative.
• Translate complex topics into clear, compelling communications.
• Lead external communications, media relations, and executive communications.
• Oversee issues and crisis response and measurement of communications performance.
• Coach executives for media interviews and public appearances.
