Zusammenfassung

Xe is seeking a Head of Compliance for the US to lead the regulatory program across Xe and Dandelion platforms. This senior role reports to the VP of Compliance and partners with product, legal, and operations to ensure regulatory alignment from design through launch.

The candidate will own the SAR program, manage relationships with banking partners, and provide strategic guidance to executive leadership, while preparing board-level reports and influencing risk governance.

Qualifikationen

• Seasoned leader with deep knowledge in US regulatory regimes for payments/fintech.
• Proven track record delivering regulatory risk programs and board-level reporting.
• Skilled at aligning product, legal and risk teams across multiple jurisdictions.

• Own SAR program, regulatory examinations, audits, and board/committee reporting.
• Define and maintain US policy framework with training and rollout support.
• Partner with Product, Legal and Ops to embed regulatory requirements into design and launch.
• Represent the company with regulators, banks, and external partners.
