XRHealth Inc. seeks a VP of Compliance and Regulatory to build and lead the company’s compliance function. This senior role covers HIPAA, SaMD, telehealth, and global data privacy across multiple jurisdictions.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in regulatory affairs within healthcare, JD or equivalent, and strong cross-functional leadership. The role reports to executive leadership and shapes policies, audits, and governance as XRHealth scales.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in regulatory/compliance roles in healthcare.
• Senior leadership experience in building programs from ground up.
• Deep healthcare regulations knowledge (HIPAA, SaMD, telehealth).
• International data privacy familiarity (GDPR, Israel, Australia).
• Experience with cross‑functional collaboration with HR, Legal, Finance, and executives.

Responsabilités

• Act as internal auditor and coordinate XRHealth's regulatory strategy.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance across policies, training, risk assessments, breach response.
• Monitor evolving telehealth and digital health regulations across US states and international markets.
• Serve as primary contact for regulatory inquiries, audits, and inspections.
• Lead global data privacy compliance with GDPR, Israeli and Australian laws.
• Partner with IT/Security for data governance, vendor risk, incident response.
• Build compliance frameworks across XRHealth's three entities.
• Support M&A due diligence and integration from a compliance perspective.
