Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Chief Compliance Officer for one of its mutual fund and ETF MST series trusts. You will lead the MST compliance program, oversee service providers, and prepare regulatory reports. The role involves board interaction and AML oversight, with travel and a hybrid schedule.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in compliance, 2+ years in management, and a Bachelor's degree; a Master's or JD is a plus. Strong knowledge of securities laws and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Ten or more years of related experience in compliance or financial industry.
• Two+ years of managerial experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain MST's compliance program and policies; respond to new regulatory guidance.
• Oversee service providers and perform site visits.
• Prepare and deliver MST compliance reports and annual 38a-1 report.
• Coordinate with MST Officers and participate in Board meetings.
